Light Zone

We stay in the light Zone. There should be observable sunlight at all times. In the unlikely event that you find yourself lost or separated from the group, you can see light from the exit and safely swim out.

Follow the line

There is a fixed line that has been placed around the dive site. It is there as a visual reference to safely guide us around the dive site. The line is not for holding onto.

Buoyancy Control & Silt

Divers should practice good buoyancy control and trim whilst in the cenotes. Kicking down towards the floor will cause silt to reduce the visibility.

No Restrictions

2 divers should be able to pass side-by-side at all times. We don’t squeeze through small spaces.

No Cave Diving

We can safely discover the Cavern area. Going into the Cave area is strictly forbidden unless you are cave certified.
